Hi, I'm Jan Jones. Welcome to my website.

I am, first and foremost, a writer of romance. I believe that everybody, no matter how stressful their life, is entitled to at least one happy ending.

I write romantic comedy (because I think people need to laugh out loud once in a while), Regencies, Young Adult SF & fantasy, poetry, short stories for women's magazines and stories for children.

Fortunate Wager, Jan's second Newmarket Regency is out in November 2009. Jan will be signing copies at the Cheveley Community Association Fair on 27th November 2009 from 3.30-5.30.

I am a member of the Romantic Novelists' Association and owe a huge debt of thanks to them for their support and encouragement. Membership is open to published and unpublished writers of romance. I have found them the loveliest, friendliest, most generous people in the world.
